You are not sitting behind a desk delegating tasks, you are the entire department. You will own the upkeep, clean appearance, and general maintenance of our facilities. On top of that, you will be the primary backup when the cattle or crop teams need an extra set of hands. If you like variety, working outdoors, and taking pride in keeping an entire facility running tight, this is your job.

Required Duties

  • Grounds & Landscaping: Mow, trim, edge, brush-hog, and maintain all farm lawn areas, driveways, fence lines, and outdoor work spaces to keep the property clean and presentable.

  • Equipment Operation: Safely run mowers, utility vehicles, skid steers, and small tractors to handle grounds tasks and haul materials.
  • Livestock & Field Support: Pitch in with herd management, cattle movement, fence repairs, and field prep whenever the farm operations team needs backup.
